Terms & Conditions

Effective date: March 2026

1. Booking conditions

A booking is binding upon receipt of the booking confirmation and advance payment. The deposit is 30% of the total price. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of arrival.

2. Cancellation policy

Cancellation more than 14 days before arrival: full deposit refund. Cancellation 7–14 days before arrival: 50% of deposit refunded. Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: deposit is non-refundable.

3. Liability

Looduskeskus is not liable for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, buildings or equipment.

4. Pricing

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Prices are valid at the time of booking. Looduskeskus reserves the right to change prices before a booking is confirmed.

5. Pets

Pets are welcome in all accommodation units. Pet owners are responsible for ensuring their animals do not damage property or disturb other guests.

6. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in Harju County Court.
