Terms & Conditions

Effective date: March 2026

1. Booking conditions

Accommodation bookings become binding once confirmed and fully paid. Experiences and wildlife tours become binding once the 30% deposit has been received. The remaining experience balance is due on arrival.

2. Cancellation policy

Cancellation more than 14 days before arrival: full refund of the paid amount. Cancellation 7–14 days before arrival: 50% of the paid amount is refunded. Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: the paid amount is non-refundable.

3. Liability

Looduskeskus is not liable for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, buildings or equipment.

4. Pricing

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Prices are valid at the time of booking. Looduskeskus reserves the right to change prices before a booking is confirmed.

5. Pets

Pets are welcome in all accommodation units. Pet owners are responsible for ensuring their animals do not damage property or disturb other guests.

6. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in Harju County Court.
